Note. Leucothoe euryonyx of Stebbing, 1906, Krapp-Schickel, 1969, 1975, 1989, and Ledoyer, 1986; Leucothoe dentitelson of Chevreux, 1925, Reid, 1951, and Griffiths, 1975; and Leucothoe quadrimana of Ruffo, 1946, and Ruffo & Krapp-Schickel, 1967 agree closely with Walker’s original description of the species.

Male (sexually dimorphic characters). Gnathopod 2 propodus palm convex with two large tubercles; carpus distally truncate.

Habitat. Among algae, rhizoids of Cystoseira C. Agardh, 1820 , Zostera , Posidonia König , and Lithothamnium Heydrich (1897) ; 1–190 m.

Host. Unknown.
