HOLOTYPE: AMNH 147832 View Materials , adult male, collected at Camp 1, below Limbani, 14.08S,
69.42W ( Stephens and Traylor, 1983), Puno, Peru, on 8 March 1917, by Harry Watkins (no. 712).
COMMENTS: Zimmer gave the AMNH number of the holotype in the original description and listed the specimens that he examined, some of which were on loan from ANSP.
