Type host.

Trichodactylus fluviatilis Latreille, 1828 ( Decapoda : Trichodactylidae ).

Infestation site.

External surface of body, including the orbital cavities; eggs fixed over pleural sides of the carapace, orbital cavities, and mostly on the fourth pair of pereiopods.

Type locality.

Brazil, Rio Grande do Sul State, Maquiné, Arroio Água Parada (29°66'20"S, 50°21'15"W).
