Length of fore wing 9 mm; head transverse as seen from above, MWH/ DLH 2.3, in frontal view low, FHH/intOW 0.94; clypeus noticeably convex, not exceedingly large, H/WClp 0.87, with a shallow vertical depression centrally, just perceptible above the level indicated by lateral indentations, median angle well projecting below, apex narrowly rounded; malar space rather wide, a little more than 1/3 of the height of an antennal socket; tentorial pit as close to the eye as to antennal socket; mandible anterior surface without a prominent border; antennal scape very short and wide, L/Wesc 2.15; occeli widely separated, POL a little more than two diameters, POL/OOL considerably more than 2/3; occiput with margin distinct but not very salient at the center; foraminal area shaped ventrally as a shelf; hypostomal lamella narrow; pronotum with lateral fovea, pronotal anterior margin medially with lamella narrow and moderately reflexed, region just behind a little raised but not forming a definite secondary margin; humeral region moderately salient ( Fig. 75 View FIGURES 66–80 ), in frontal view with the lateral extremity appearing as if slightly lifted, carina with lamella low, as seen from above with a straight profile, sides of the pronotum little convergent, total width of carina just equal to that of mesoscutum, this just a little longer than wide, L/WMsc 1.05; fore wing exceedingly short, LDis/HMpl only 1.9; metanotum somewhat depressed anteriorly, not much higher than the adjacent scutellum; inner claw of hind tarsus with the apex narrowly rounded; propodeum inflated and rather shortened posteriorly, median furrow moderately deep, triangular, developed on the posterior twothirds of the propodeum dorsal surface, the anterior third adjacent to metanotum prominent nearly horizontal, propodeal valve narrow, triangular, limit between propodeum and lower metapleuron apparent but not distinctly sulcate; first segment of metasoma moderately elongated ( Fig. 73 View FIGURES 66–80 ), LSI/HMpl 1.14, distal part with sides diverging promptly from the spiracles, these little prominent, apex 2.27 times wider than the base, basal petiole short, sternum flattened, limit between sternum and tergum proximally marked by a prominent shining edge.

Sculpture: disk of clypeus with moderately dense fine to medium sized punctures, and with more sparse less conspicuous larger ones, interstices very shining, area close to ventral margin reticulate and shining with few large punctures; upper part of interantennal area and frons dull with dense medium sized punctures; mesopleuron with not very dense small punctures, and with still more sparse larger punctures, interstices shining.

Vestiture: body covered by appressed silvery pubescence, particularly dense and shining on the clypeus; eyes with very short inconspicuous hairs.

Color: black; ventral marginal area and diffuse small spots on disk of clypeus, mandibular teeth, brownish orange; lower metapleuron and legs, dark brown; antenna below, light brown to yellowish brown at the apex; articular processes on meso and metapleuron, spot on base of mid and hind femora, spot on inner face of fore tibia, light yellowish brown; inner orbit to lower border of ocular sinus, metanotum, large subquadrangular spot on propodeum, spot on mid coxa, two streaks on hind coxa, inner distal margin of trochanters, apex of femora, spot on apex of anterior (smaller spot) and mid tibiae, dorsum of fifth segment of fore tarsus, yellow; larger hind tibial spur, brown; wings hyaline, membrane just darkened close to costal margin, veins dark brown.
