NOVA SCOTIA: Colchester Co.: Debert , 20.viii.1990, E. Georgeson, ultraviolet light trap, NSNR .

Newly recorded in Nova Scotia and in Canada as a whole ( Fig. 10 View FIGURE 10 ). Widely distributed in eastern North America from Maine south to Florida and Texas ( White 1982, Chandler 2001, Sikes 2004). Abundant at ultraviolet lights ( Downie & Arnett 1996); larvae are found in conifer cones ( White 1982).
