Previously reported from Afghanistan from Ghazni, Oruzgan, Ghor, and Bamyan Provinces ( Medvedev 1985; Gruev 1988). Widely distributed in south-east Europe, Transcaucasus, and West Asia ( Löbl & Smetana 2010).
