Material examined. Khuzestan, Dezful, Shamsabad , (32°29′64.65″N, 48°42′57.45″E, 94 m), 6–20.iii.2016, 2♀ ( ZISP), 1♀ ( TMUC), Malaise trap in citrus orchards, leg. M. Zargar.

General distribution. Palaearctic: Iran, Mongolia.

Diagnosis: Width of head 1.7–1.9× its length in dorsal view; POL:OD:OOL—1.8:1.5:3.7; malar space 0.6–0.8× as wide as mandibular base; width of face 1.5–1.7× as large as its height; antenna with 26 antennomeres, slightly shorter than body, penultimate flagellomere 1.3–1.5× as long as wide; mesosoma 1.5–1.6× as long as its maximum height; mesoscutum smooth; propodeum smooth and without median carina; marginal cell of fore wing reaching wing apex; vein 3-SR 1.1× as long as vein 2-SR; length of pterostigma 2.7–2.9× its width; length of TI tergite about 1.1–1.2× as long as its apical width; ovipositor 0.7–0.9× as long as metasoma; body smooth; TI tergite rugose, TII medially with rugose sculpture becoming weak laterally, subsequent tergites rugulose; body mainly black with yellow patch medially on mesoscutum, lateral sides of metasoma brown.
