Description, female. Body length 4.23 mm. Head with green reflection; mesosoma with green reflection and metapectal-propodeal disc black; wings clear hyaline; metasoma dark castaneous, lightening posterad. Head wide. Mandible with four distal teeth, narrow, curved, and with two upper teeth wider than others. Median clypeal lobe angulate, short. Frons coriaceous ; antennal scrobe carinate, but weak. Eye large. Frontal angle of ocellar triangle acute; ocelli very small. Vertex convex. Pronotal disc as long as wide, strongly coriaceous ; transverse pronotal carina absent; posterior margin with posterior pronotal sulcus. Notaulus very narrow. Mesoscutellar disc with mesoscutellar sulcus narrow. Metapectal-propodeal disc long; metapostnotal median carina complete; longitudinal ridges present; metapostnotal-propodeal suture straight; paraspiracular carina present and inconspicuous; metapleural carina present and conspicuous; metapectal-propodeal disc with short striae; propodeal declivity strigate. Mesopleuron with anterior fovea closed; mesopleural fovea closed; lower fovea closed; posterior fovea absent; mesopleural suture opened. Forewing with stigma developed; Rs&M vein distinguished. Mesotibia not spinose; claws trifid. Metasomal segments sparsely setose. Genitalia. T9 with slender and with dorsal lap swollen posteriorly; 1vv slightly longer than genitalia body; 2vv as long as half of 1vv length, smoothly narrowing apicad; 3vv short; 1vf strongly curved forward; 2vf slender and with dorsal lap strongly swollen posteriorly; 1rv not curved, ventral process large, and posterior process short; 2rv not curved.

Remarks. This new species differs from A. analis ( Cresson, 1872) by having the body black; the mandible not angled and with the distal teeth equally wide; the clypeal carina angled; the frontal angle of the ocellae forming a right angle; the metapostnotum with the first metapostnotal carina curved posteriorly; and the mesopleuron with the lower fovea closed and divided, whereas A. analis has with green reflection and the metapectal-propodeal disc black; the mandible narrow and angled with four distal teeth, and with the two upper teeth wider than the others; the clypeal with the median lobe rounded and short; the frontal angle of the ocellar triangle acute; the metapostnotum with first metapostnotal carina not curved posteriorly; and the mesopleuron with the lower fovea closed and not divided.
