Distribution. Introduced. Cosmotropical; Galápagos: Floreana, Marchena (ICCDRS), San Cristóbal, Santa Cruz.
Remarks. This species is common from littoral to agricultural zones. Adults have been collected on flowers of Jasminocereus thouarsii (F.A.C.Weber) Backeb. ( Jaramillo et al. 2010) .
