Remarks: This arboreal species is a typical inhabitant of dry savannas and semi-deserts. During our surveys, 39 individuals of this small diurnal gecko ( Fig. 4J View Fig ) were recorded in IL (N = 35) and KF (N = 4), in both bushland and in dry riverbeds on small trees and shrubs (the majority on Salvadora persica , but also on Vachellia sp. ).
