Description. Female. Body length 2.7 mm, fore wing length 3.2 mm.

Head. Transverse in dorsal view, 1.9× as wide as long and as wide as mesoscutum. Temple shiny and finely punctate, rather constricted. Face relatively dull, coarsely punctate, less pubescent, inner margin of eyes parallel, transverse, nearly 0.7× as high as wide. Ocelli medium size, distance between fore and a hind ocellus equal with diameter of an ocellus, posterior imaginary tangent to fore ocellus virtually touching hind two ocelli, POL:OD:OOL=4.7:2.4:4.6. Antenna as long as body, penultimate antennomere subcubic.

Mesosoma. Length:breadth:height=52.0:28.5:29.0. Disc of mesonotum relatively dull, with silvery pubescence, deeply punctate, interspaces smaller than diameter of punctures, punctures on posterior-lateral parts and anterior-middle parts indistinct and small. Scutellar sulcus nearly straight, relatively narrow with shallow sparse carinae in between. Scutellum shiny, with indistinct punctures along sides. Propodeum dull, with coarse punctures anterior-laterally, posteral-lateral field rugose and middle part polished. Mesopleuron highly polished, with shallow setose punctures anteriorly.

Legs. Spines on outer side of hind tibia dispersed. Inner spur of hind tibia 2/5 length of hind basitarsus, outer spur slightly shorter. Basitarsus of hind leg as long as tarsomeres 2–4 combined.

Wings. Pterostigma 3.2× as long as its widest part. Vein 1-R1 (metacarp) as long as pterostigma, 4.3× as long as its distance from the apex of the marginal cell. Vein r arising from middle of pterostigma, shorter than width of pterostigma, vein r slightly longer than vein 2-SR, distinctly angled at their meeting, vein 2-M 2/3 length of vein 2- SR. 1 st discal cell slightly wider than high. 1 st submarginal cell of hind wing 2× wider than high. Vein cu-a strongly curved.

Metasoma. Longer than thorax (57.0:52.0). T1 parallel-sided, 1.4× longer than wide posteriorly, concave at basal third, turned-over part strongly rugose. T2 pointed into T3 medially, strongly rugose as T1, 2.4× wider than long in the middle. Black part of T3 as long as T2, hind third white, weakly rugulose anteriorly. Following tergites polished and shiny, almost without pubescence. Hypopygium longer than apex of abdomen. Ovipositor sheath 1.3× longer than hind tibia.

Colour. Body black, except tergites posterior to T2 with white hind. Tegula light brown. Spurs pale yellow. Palpi white. Antenna and ovipositor sheath evenly brown. Labrum and mandible reddish yellow. Legs bright yellow, except third coxa black and hind halfof hind tibia with hind tarsus brown. Wing membrane hyaline, vein 1- R1, C+SC+R, r, 2-SR, 2-M and pterostigma brown, other veins pale yellow, anterior half of pterostigma pale yellow.

Viaration. Body length 3.6–4.5mm.

Male. Unknown.

Distribution. China (Henan, Sichuan, Zhejiang).

Etymology. The specific name “ anteruga ” derived is the Latin prefix “ante” and noun “rugosa”, referring to T3 rugulose anteriorly.

Remarks. This species is similar to D. claniae You & Zhou but differs from the latter by the following: T2 3.0× wider than long in the middle; T3 weakly rugulose anteriorly; and T1 strongly rugose.
