Lectotype designation: Lectotype, a fertile, formalinfixed then ethanol-preserved colony, ZSM 20040199 ( Fig. 9A–C ); paralectotypes, ZSM 20043570 – ZSM 20043574 ( Figs 5I–M , 9D–F ), microslides .
