Color. Head: mandible yellow, antenna pale castaneous, from flagellomere 4 to 11 castaenous. Mesosoma black; fore wing subhyaline, veins castaenous; legs pale castaenous except coxa and femora dark castaenous, tarsal claw dark castaenous. Metasoma black except distal margin of each tergite subhyaline.

Head ( Figs 10–12 View FIGURES 9 – 16 ): 1.1 × as long as wide, coriaceous; lateral margin convex, posterior margin straight, postero-lateral corner forming round angle in dorsal view; lateral surface polished. Mandible with four acute teeth. Clypeus well-developed, frontal angle of clypeus right; fronto-clypeal median longitudinal carina developed, exceeding antennal socket. First antennal segment in ratio of 1.9: 1.0: 1.1: 1.1: 1.0 in length; from scape to flagellomere 3 and 11 1.9, 1.5, 1.7, 1.5, 1.4 and 1.9 × as long as wide. Frons and vertex coriaceous with sub-erect hairs and sparse small punctures, aparted from each other by 2.0–5.0 × as wide as their maximum diameter. WF 1.0 × LE, WF 0.6 × WH. Compound eye 0.40 mm long without distinct hairs. LE 2.0 × OOL, WF 1.7 × WOT. Frontal angle of ocellar triangle obtuse, POL 2.0 × AOL, OOL 0.9 × WOT. Vertex coriaceous without conspicuous long hairs.

Mesosoma ( Figs 13–15 View FIGURES 9 – 16 ): Pronotum coriaceous, 0.5 × as long as wide with sparse hairs, antero-lateral corner obtuse. Mesoscutum coriaceous; notauli absent; parapsidal furrows thin and anteriorly divergent. Scutellum polish and coriaceous with sparse small punctures; scutellar pits oval, oblique and connected by 3.8 × as wide as their maximum diameter. Propodeal disc 0.6 × as long as wide, lateral and transverse carina complete; medial basal triangle smooth and polished, extending beyond mid-length of disc, connected to straight transverse carina with smooth median thin carina in areolate surface. disc areolate-rugose; declivity coriaceous with complete marginal carina; lateral surface coriaceous. Fore wing without closed areolet; median and submedian cell with sparse hairs; radial vein curved outward at apex; pterostigma 0.21 mm long; metacarpo absent.

Metasoma ( Fig. 16 View FIGURES 9 – 16 ): Tergite 1 smooth and polished without fine puncture and microreticulation. Tergite 2 polished with anterior one third coriaceous and some short hairs on lateral surface. Terga 3 to terminal with anterior two thirds coriaceous and sparse hairs on distal half surface.

MALE. General shape as in female, but ocelli larger and strongly produced; POL: AOL=3:1; OOL 0.5 × WOT ( Terayama, 2006).

Distribution. Korea (CB, CN, Daejeon, GB, GG, JB, JN), China ( Taiwan), Russia (South of Khabarovskii Krai, South of Primorskii Krai, South of Yakutia), Japan (from Honshu to South Ryukyus).
