Type locality. Denmark (“Habitat in Daniae nemoribus Mus. Dom. De Sehestedt”).

Material examined. S & TL coll. 1 type.

Identity. Zeiraphera isertana (Fabricius) ( Olethreutinae , Eucosmini ).

Remarks. Nye and Fletcher (1991) discuss in detail the complex nomenclatorial problems around Zeiraphera . Obraztsov (1946) proposed the present concept of the genus based on Z. corticana, the most common junior synonym of Z. isertana . However, in a strict sense, P. isertana was not used in combination with Zeiraphera until Agenjo (1955).
