Rainbow Scorpionfish. To 15 cm (6 in) TL ( Eschmeyer and Herald 1983).Anacapa and Santa Barbara Islands, southern California ( Richards and Engle 2001) to Islas Chincha, Peru ( Chirichigno 1974) , including Gulf of California (Poss in Fischer et al. 1995), and Islas Galápagos ( Eschmeyer and Herald 1983).
