Male: unknown.
Female (holotype): length, including ovipositor, 2.23mm; excluding ovipositor, 2.13mm ( CPD) .
Head generally very dark brown; occiput with a weak metallic dark green and coppery purple sheen; frontovertex dull with a very slight brassy sheen; temple with a relatively bright metallic green and coppery sheen; gena and scrobal area with a dull coppery purple sheen, interantennal prominence slightly brassy; setae on frontovertex, interantennal prominence and gena pale brown, slightly translucent; antenna (Fig. 1715) with radicle brown; scape pale orange, slightly dusky along dorsal margin proximally; pedicel and flagellum dark brown; thorax generally dark brown to black; pronotum with a weak brassy and slightly coppery sheen; mesoscutum with a weak brassy sheen; tegula with a weak coppery purple sheen; axilla weakly brassy; scutellum with a relatively strong metallic dark blue, mixed purple sheen, slightly greenish on side; metanotum with a weak brassy sheen; mesopleuron slightly brassy; coxae dark brown; fore femur dark brown in proximal half, apex pale orange, tibia pale orange, tarsus pale orange, brown distally; mid femur dark brown, extreme apex pale orange, tibia with proximal 0.3X dark brown, apical 0.7X pale orange, spur pale orange, extreme apex dark brown, tarsus pale orange, slightly dusky apically; hind femur dark brown, extreme apex orange-brown, tibia with proximal 0.3X brown, apical 0.7X pale orange; tarsus orange-brown; wings largely hyaline but fore wing conspicuously infuscate below marginal vein (Fig. 1719), along anterior margin distad of venation and in apical one-third or so (Fig. 1716); propodeum dark purple-brown, with a slight brassy sheen, side relatively bright metallic dark green, brassy and coppery, at least 30-40 dense, conspicuous, silvery setae outside spiracle; gaster dark purple-brown with a slight coppery sheen and some green and purple reflections, Gt1 anteriorly with a relatively bright, blue-green sheen, syntergum with a slightly duller, dark blue, violet and green lustre, side and venter of gaster with mixed green, coppery, and purple reflections; gonostylus brown, apex pale orange
Head (Fig. 1718) about 2.3X as wide as frontovertex, in profile about 1.9X as high as deep, evenly curved from posterior ocellus to top of scrobes and slightly curved from top of scrobes to mouth margin with interantennal prominence slightly protuberant; occipital margin acute, sharp and carinate; a slender, shallow, shiny-bottomed groove adjacent to eye margin extending from level with anterior margin of posterior ocellus nearly to occipital margin; ocelli forming an angle of about 105°; frontovertex with fairly regular, moderately deep, polygonally reticulate sculpture of mesh size subequal to eye facet, becoming more imbricate-reticulate above scrobes and slightly transversely elongate; piliferous punctures shallow, somewhat obscured by sculpture, slightly larger than eye facet, mostly separated by at least their own diameters; frontovertex with 2 pairs of setae in front of anterior ocellus, a line of setae along inner eye margin continued along lower eye margin to gena; temple and gena with shallow, longitudinally elongate, polygonally reticulate sculpture; eye nearly reaching occipital margin, separated by less than 0.5X diameter of facet, with inconspicuous, pale setae, each much shorter than diameter of facet; scrobes shallow, more or less ∩-shaped, shallowly meeting, weakly margined dorsally and laterally, with much shallower, polygonally reticulate sculpture than on frontovertex, bottoms of scrobes smooth and shiny; interantennal prominence rounded dorsally, with finer and much shallower polygonally reticulate sculpture than on frontovertex; mid-line of torulus about level with lower eye margin; antenna as in Fig. 1715; scape subcylindrical, about 5.4X as long as broad; all funicle segments longer than broad, slightly broader and shorter distad, linear sensilla present in only a single row on all funicle segments; clava a little longer than F5-F6 combined, sensory area at apex only; malar sulcus absent; mouth margin about 1.2X as wide as frontovertex, with a broadly truncate median lobe; mandible with two, long, acute teeth and a truncate upper tooth. Relative measurements: HW 98, HH 90, FV 43, POL 18, OOL 6, OCL 8.5, AOL 10, EL 57, EW 41, MS 32, SL 38, SW 7.
Thorax in dorsal view with pronotum largely hidden by head, with similar sculpture to that on frontovertex above scrobes, although much shallower, and of smaller mesh near posterior margin; mesoscutum and axilla with similar sculpture to that lateral to anterior ocellus; scutellum with similar sculpture to mesoscutum, but slightly finer and deeper; visible part of mesoscutum about 1.5X as broad as long, notaular lines absent; scutellum about 1.1X as long as broad, no carina between axillae; fore wing with venation and distribution of setae as in Figs 1716, 1719, costal cell with only one line of dorsal submarginal setae in distal 0.4X; mesopleuron not quite extending past posterior margin of propodeum; propodeum medially about 0.18X as long as scutellum, with some shallow, polygonally reticulate sculpture, side with a conspicuous, acute, tooth posteriorly above hind coxa, area between tooth and spiracle conspicuously depressed, concave.
