Notes
Questionable status. Species complex. In the Mediterranean only reported from Greece ( Christomanos and Giannitsis 1962). Distributed in the North Atlantic and North Pacific and comprising at least two cryptic species with genetic and morphological differences in these two areas ( Carr et al. 2011).
