Distribution.

Known from Gunung Pondok only. Elsewhere, in Jalor (=Yala), Thailand ( Maassen 2001).

Remarks.

Shell small, conical. Spire tall. Dorsal whorl angled at mid-distance between periphery and suture, in a region termed major spiral rib by Solem (1966). Differ from Lagocheilus townsendi in having a narrower penultimate whorl. New record for Perak.
