Distribution.

In Peninsular Malaysia, known from Penang, Perak and Kelantan ( Maassen 2001). Elsewhere, in Pattani, Thailand ( Maassen 2001).

Remarks.

Distinguished from Opisthoporus rostellatus (Pfeiffer, 1851) by the pneumatophore being nearer to the aperture and the absence of a wing-like sutural extension at the peristome.
