Report as epibionts on nematodes
Ansari et al. (2017) reported this species on the nematode Desmodora sp. from Suvadiva atoll lagoon in the Maldives.
Remarks
Acineta is a common suctorian genus comprised by 62 species ( Dovgal 2002). Many of these species are commensal on various invertebrates ( Dovgal 2013).
