CONTEXT AND CONTENT. Order Rodentia , suborder Ctenohystrica , family Echimyidae , subfamily Dactylomyinae ( Fabre et al. 2012) . The genus Olallamys contains 2 species: O. albicaudus and O. edax (Woods and Kilpatrick 2005; Emmons et al. 2015).
