Diagnosis. Subalar sclerite with a conical projection, anatergite bare, wing with cell r 2+3 broad apically and vein R4 with an auxiliary vein near its junction with R5, uniting R4 with R2+3 ( Artigas & Angulo 1980; Kohler et al. 2013; Fisher 2009).
