graminis Ixeidococcus Koteja View in CoL 9f, d. Note: this is an unavailable name by Koteja (1974: 56) as discussed by Miller and Williams (1995) and placed as Micrococcus bodenheimeri Bytynski-Salz. The View in CoL genus and species names were originally manuscript names by Green although, without knowing the correct group, he placed the names in the Pseudococcidae View in CoL .
