STATUS AT MADANG. New record from Madang, based on AMS material (AMS I.16670-019, I.16672-009). DISTRIBUTION AND HABITAT. India east to Philippines and New Guinea, north to Taiwan, south to northern Australia. Near the surface in coastal waters, estuaries and rivers, 0– 1 m. Freshwater, transitional water and marine.

STATUS AT MADANG. First record from Madang by Allen & Erdmann (2012: 164). USNM material. DISTRIBUTION AND HABITAT. East Africa and Madagascar east to Fiji and Samoa, north to Philippines, south to northern Australia and New Caledonia, 0– 3 m. Freshwater, transitional water and marine.

STATUS AT MADANG. First record from Madang by Duncker & Mohr (1926: 127). WAM material. DISTRIBUTION AND HABITAT. Andaman Islands east to Philippines and Solomon Islands, north to Ryukyu Islands, 0– 3 m. Freshwater, transitional water and marine.
