Very small ( 4 mm ); black, legs brown; long golden hair and numerous black bristles; wings smoky, costal cell yellowish; pulvilli as long as claws; proboscis as long as head and thorax; haltere blackish­brown, pale at apex of knob; antenna 4:1:3, apex excavate with bristle; hind femur, one ventral spine.
