Recognition characters:
Blackish species; length
13 mm
; mystax black; thorax gray pollinose; wings hyaline; abdomen shining black dorsally, lateral setae on abdominal segments 1–4 yellowish white; legs, femora black, tibiae and tarsi tawny, setae on legs white, bristles black.
