Differential diagnosis.
Eutarsopolipus raveni
sp. nov.
shares the same host as
E. nahmani
but is a much smaller species and is instead closer to
E. teuceri
. See the differential diagnosis of
E. teuceri
for differences.
Etymology.
It is with great pleasure that I name this species for Robert Raven, Curator of
Arachnida
at the
Queensland
Museum, and a friend and superb arachnologist, who has given great support to the development of acarology at the
Queensland
Museum.
