REMARK
According to the original description and male and female habitus drawings made by Brunner von Wattenwyl (1898),
Piestodactylus punctatus
does not belong to the genus
Eurepa
, but to
Lebinthus
. This is confirmed by observations of the female
type
specimen examined here, which presents the following features of
Lebinthus
: FWs short, fastigium as wide as long, eyes large, ovipositor denticulate at apex.
