Theshapeandsizeofforewingofthisnewspeciesaresimilar to N. ineffectalis sensuHolloway, 2008. But N. huettleri lacksthemalebasal scentorganofforewing, whichispresentin N. ineffectalis sensuHolloway, moreover, theorbicularspotislarger. Themalegenitaliashowmoreconspicuousdifferencesbetweenthesetwospecies: theuncusin N. huettleri is notbifurcate, whilethatof N. ineffectalis isbranched, thejuxtalacksthehuge processpresentin N. ineffectalis , thevalvaismuchnarrowerandlonger, and thecornutusofaedeagusismuchnarrower.
