Head black, with mandible testaceous; occasionally clyp- eus partly testaceous; antenna brown, except antennomeres 1, 2 and part of 3 testaceous; mesosoma black, except lateral margins of pronotum testaceous; metasoma black or brown, except distal extremity testaceous; legs testaceous, except clubs of femora darkened, meso- and metacoxa partly black and last tarsomere of meso- and metalegs brown. Antenna clavate; antennomeres in following proportions: 8:5:25:13:10:9:7:7:5:7. Head flat, shiny, granulate and completely sculptured by irregular keels; occiput granulate; frontal line complete; occipital carina incomplete, only present behind and on sides of lateral ocelli; temple absent; lateral ocelli touching occipital carina; POL = 4; OL = 3; OOL = 7. Pronotum shiny, granulate, crossed by slight anterior transverse impression and strong posterior transverse furrow; posterior collar short; disc humped; pronotal tubercle not reaching tegula. Mesoscutum dull, granulate and reticulate rugose. Notauli absent. Mesoscutum with two longitudinal keels similar to notauli. Mesoscutellum dull, granulate. Metanotum reticulate rugose. Metapectal-propodeal disc reticulate rugose; propodeal declivity reticulate rugose, with two longitudinal keels. Forewing with two dark transverse bands (in specimen from Madagascar , 24°56.21’S 46°37.60’E , forewing with one dark transverse band around 2r-rs&Rs vein); distal part of 2r-rs&Rs vein longer than proximal part (14: 7 in holotype ; 8: 7 in specimen from Madagascar , 24°56.21’S 46°37.60’E ). Hind wing hyaline. Protarsomeres in following proportions: 15:3:5:13:21. Enlarged claw ( Fig. 149C ) spatulate, with seven very small teeth around apex (in specimen from Madagascar , 24°56.21’S 46°37.60’E , enlarged claw with 11 medial and distal teeth ( Fig. 149D ), in addition to one row of 6–7 proximal and medial lamellae; in specimens from Tanzania , 03°58.57’S 37°49.34’E , and Madagascar , 24°56.21’S 46°37.60’E , enlarged claw with two distal lamellae ( Fig. 149E )). Protarsomere 5 ( Figs 149 C-E) with two rows of approximately 2 (very long) + 18–22 lamellae extending continuously to apex. Tibial spurs 1/1/2. . Unknown. Material examined .
