First flagellomere about 4.5 times longer than wide, with thick base; halter yellow. Epandrium bearing finger-like lateral tubercle; hypandrium with narrow base and wide apex, trifurcated; cercus without basal or middle tubercle. Specimens examined. HOLOTYPE 3, Zhejiang: Anji, Longwangshan Mountain, 20.VII.1995 , Hong Wu; 3 3, Taiwan : Nantou, Yuchi, Lianhua Pond ( 675 m ) ( 23°92' N , 120°67' E ), 11.XI.2010 , Ding Yang. Distribution. Taiwan (Nantou), Zhejiang (Anji). Remarks. This species is recorded from Taiwan for the first time. See Yang and Li (1998) for description of this species.
