Penis lobes short, swollen ventrally and greatly widened apically; telopenes in form of spear-like rolls, long, curved and directed medially-ventrally (

). In imago and subimago of both sexes, femora once-banded; abdominal tergum VI concolor with tergum VII (

. Both species placed to the group
schlingeri
have the same structure of labrum and larval cuticular coloration (see below). Tergalii have similar shape, but in

they have side tracheae (
