Note: Although some authors have treated U. erectus DC. as the correct name for this taxon, it is superfluous as C. lutea Huds. (and C. lusitanica Lam. ) are cited in its protologue (see López González in Anales Jard. Bot. Madrid 51: 171. 1993).
