Distribution in Iran. Ilam ( Benda et al. 2012).

General distribution. Egypt ( Usinger 1966; Ueshima 1968), India ( Advani & Vazirani 1981).

Comments. Parasite of bats ( Benda et al. 2012), and according to Péricart (1972), particularly of Tadarida aegyptiaca (Geoffroy, 1818) ( Chiroptera : Molossidae ).
