Type locality. Argentina, Córdoba Province, Totoralejos County (31°26’S- 64°71’W). Syntype. ♂, MLP-Cr 52/1 and ♀, MLP-Cr 52/2, 1950-03-08. Collector: Birabén M. Current status. Junior synonym of Phallocryptus uriga (Smirnov, 1948) according to Belk & Brtek (1995). Additional types. Syntypes MACN-In 9411, and MACN-In 32039.
