Leptobatrachium hendricksoni Taylor, 1962

Material examined. MNHN 2003.3401 (adult male, SVL 45.8 mm), MNHN 2003.3402 (adult female, SVL 54.9 mm), Tigapulan Mts., Province of Riau, elev. 210 m.

Taxonomic comments. Specimens are unformely greyish above and speckled with small black spots on limbs and ventral side as described for L. hendricksoni ( Ohler et al. 2004) .

Distribution on Sumatra. Known from the provinces of Aceh and Sumatra Utara. New record for the province of Riau.

Biology. Both specimens were observed in November at night (about 20.30) close one to another on a path boarding a small stream in primary forest during a heavy rain shower. Observation in November.
