Report found in seagrass habitats – This species was also reported among seagrass Amphibolis sp. from Rottnest Island, Australia ( Bartsch 1993b, 1999b). This species was also reported among seagrasses Thalassia hemprichii , Halophila ovalis , H. stipulacea , Halodule wrightii , Syringodium isoetifolium from Gazi Bay, Kenya ( Chatterjee and De Troch 2000).
Remarks – This species was reported among various algae from Indo-Pacific regions. Detail habitats and distribution given in Chatterjee and Nanajkar (2019).
