General distribution. Palaearctic: Greece, Iran, Israel.

Diagnosis: Width of head 2.0× its length in dorsal view; POL:OD:OOL—3:2:6.2; malar space 0.85× as wide as mandibular base; width of face 2.6× as large as its height; antenna with 32 antennomeres, as long as body, penultimate flagellomere 1.2× as long as wide; mesosoma 1.4× as long as its maximum height; mesoscutum smooth; propodeum smooth and without median carina; marginal cell of fore wing reaching before wing apex; vein 3-SR 1.2× as long as vein 2-SR; length of pterostigma 2.6× its wide; length of TI 0.9× its apical width; ovipositor 0.45× as long as metasoma; body smooth; TI and TII rugose, TIII shallowly rugulose in anterior half and smooth in posterior half; body black; metasoma dark brown, legs brown, femora dark brown.
