Description, female. Body length 4.46 mm. Head with golden-green reflection; wings subhyaline; metasoma dark castaneous. Head long. Mandible with five distal teeth, narrow, slightly angled, and with two upper teeth wider than others. Median clypeal lobe rounded, very short, truncate at apical margin; median clypeal carina hardly distinct. Frons coriaceous ; antennal scrobe carinate, but weak. Eye large. Frontal angle of ocellae forming right angle; ocelli small. Vertex convex. Pronotal disc as long as wide, strongly coriaceous ; transverse pronotal carina absent; posterior margin without posterior pronotal sulcus. Notaulus very narrow. Mesoscutellar disc with mesoscutellar sulcus narrow. Metapectal-propodeal disc long; metapostnotal median carina complete; longitudinal ridges present; metapostnotal-propodeal suture straight; paraspiracular carina present and inconspicuous; metapleural carina present and conspicuous; metapectal-propodeal disc with short striae; propodeal declivity strigate. Mesopleuron with anterior fovea closed; mesopleural fovea closed; lower fovea closed; posterior fovea absent; mesopleural suture opened. Forewing with stigma developed; Rs&M vein not distinguished. Mesotibia not spinose; claws bifid. Metasomal segments sparsely setose. Genitalia. T9 with anterior arm long and overlapping 2vf; 1vv as long as genitalia body; 2vv as long as 1vv length, abruptly narrowing apicad; 3vv short; 1vf strongly curved forward; 2vf slender, angled, and with dorsal lap strongly swollen posteriorly; 1rv slightly curved forward, ventral process small, and posterior process short; 2rv slightly curved forward.

Distribution. Costa Rica; Brazil: Pará, Mato Grosso; Peru; Uruguay.

Remarks. This new species differs from A. albistigmus by having the body with golden-green reflection; the wings subhyaline; the head longer than wide; the clypeus rounded, very short, with the apical margin truncate, and with the median clypeal carina hardly distinct from the clypeus; the antennal scrobe carinate; the ocelli large; the transverse pronotal carina absent; the metapostnotum with a longitudinal ridge; and the mesopleuron with the lower fovea closed and not divided, whereas A. albistigmus has the body black; the wings bi-banded; the head wider than long; the clypeus angulate, short, with the apical margin not truncate, and with the median clypeal carina distinct from the clypeus; the antennal scrobe ecarinate; the ocelli very small; the transverse pronotal carina present; the metapostnotum without a longitudinal ridge; and the mesopleuron with the lower fovea closed and divided.
