2. S. shiqianensis Lin & Zhang View in CoL sp. nov.

( Figs. 1 View FIGURE 1 e–h, 3)

Description. Alcohol preserved specimens with body yellow, apical patch on vertex small, eyes pale gray, basal triangles on mesonotum indistinct ( Figs. 1e, g View FIGURE 1 ). Frontoclypeal area and anteclypeus broad, lorum small ( Fig. 1h View FIGURE 1 ). Fore wing and hind wing yellow, transparent ( Figs. 1e, f View FIGURE 1 ).

Abdominal apodemes small, only extending to posterior margin of third sternite ( Fig. 3b View FIGURE 3 ).

Pygofer side short, hind margin truncate, with microsetae at dorso-caudal angle ( Fig. 3a View FIGURE 3 ). Anal tube appendage short and broad, with tooth at apex ( Figs. 3a, d View FIGURE 3 ), or basal part broad, gradually narrowing apically, with the apical tooth directed ventrad ( Fig. 3i View FIGURE 3 ). Subgenital plate with irregular row of microsetae along dorsal outer margin from near base to subapex, with 4–5 macrosetae medially ( Fig. 3a View FIGURE 3 ). Style slim and long, apical part extremely elongated, curved laterad, basal part short, slightly produced on inner margin subapically ( Figs. 3e, f View FIGURE 3 ). Connective with manubrium long but narrow, compressed apophysis at apex of central lobe ( Fig. 3c View FIGURE 3 ). Aedeagal shaft tubular, short and broad, without process, apex expanded with dorsal margin slightly convex in caudal view; pre-atrial process slim, broadened basally and slightly expanded subapically, remaining part uniform in thickness, curved dorsad basally and recurved ventrad apically in lateral view, apex reaching gonopore, gonopore subapical; dorsal apodeme moderately developed, obviously broader than aedeagal shaft and forked in caudal view ( Figs. 3g, h View FIGURE 3 ).

Measurement. Length of male 3.60–3.70mm, female 4.00– 4.15mm (including wing).

Material examined. Holotype: ♂, CHINA, Guizhou Prov., Tongren, Shiqian , 13 July 2018, coll. Ning Liu. Paratypes: 5♂ 1♀, same data as holotype ; 2♂ 3♀, CHINA, Guizhou Prov., Tongren, Shiqian , 11 July 2018, coll. Deliang Xu.

Remarks. This new species is similar to S. longiantrosa but can be distinguished by the apical patch on the vertex present in both male and female, style with apex gradually rather than sharply curved laterad, anal tube appendage with a tooth at the apex and dorsal apodeme obviously broader than the aedeagal shaft in caudal view.

Etymology. This new species is named for its type locality “Shiqian”.
