Diagnosis. See above under S. banaka .

DNA divergences. Sarothroceras alluaudi has been assigned the BIN BOLD:ABV3614. Intraspecific PWD were between 0.0–0.3% (n=8).

Distribution. Forest and forest-savanna transition zones to the west of the Dahomey Gap ( Fig. View Figure 19

19).
