Type material. Holotype ( Figs 1 View Figures 1–4 , 5 View Figures 5–8 ): male, “ 16.VII.2018, Pianma Town , Lushui City, Nujiang Lisu Autonomous Prefecture, Yunnan Province, leg. Si-yao Huang ” [in Chinese], gen. prep. in glycerol by Huang ( SCAU).

Diagnosis. The new species is identical externally to O. fansipana and can be distinguished by the examination of genitalia structures only. The male genital capsule of O. lisu is very similar to that of O. fansipana but differs by the somewhat smaller transtillar process and the broader distal saccular process. The aedeagus of the new species is narrower than in O. fansipana and slightly S-like curved, whereas it is nearly straight in O. fansipana . The vesica of O. lisu is conspicuously narrower than in O. fansipana , bears much smaller medial diverticula and two clusters of numerous small spine-like cornuti, whereas in O. fansipana there is only one cluster on the tip of a lateral diverticulum. Additionally, the distal ventral diverticulum of the new species is markedly shorter and narrower than that of O. fansipana and bears much smaller cluster of weaker cornuti.

Description. External morphology of the male ( Fig. 1 View Figures 1–4 ). Forewing length 12.8 mm in holotype. Antenna ciliate. Head and thorax pale red, abdomen dark brown. Forewing broad with elongated and rounded apex. Forewing ground color crimson. Pattern consisting of a narrow longitudinal trigonal black strip along vein Cu, reaching wing margin between M 1 and M 2 and narrowed distally, and two short and thin additional strips subapically on veins R 5 and M 1. Cilia crimson. Hind wing dark brown. Cilia dark brown. Male genitalia ( Fig. 5 View Figures 5–8 ). Uncus long, narrow, laterally flattened, apically pointed, C-like curved. Tuba analis with weakly setose cluster in subscaphial area. Tegumen short and moderately broad; vinculum large, U-like; juxta shield-like, weakly sclerotized. Valva narrow, elongated. Costa moderately sclerotized, slightly S-like curved, with strongly sclerotized trigonal distal process directed dorsally. Medial costal process reduced, tiny, triangular. Transtillar process tubercle-like, swollen, heavily setose. Distal membranous lobe of valva short, wide and rounded. Sacculus strongly setose dorsad, with large, strongly setose, apically dilated distal process curved dorsally. Aedeagus short, broad, slightly S-like curved; vesica with few short membranous diverticula medially, one long tubular distal ventral diverticulum bearing several small spine-like cornuti at the distal end, and two clusters of numerous small spine-like cornuti medially.

Distribution. The species is currently known only from its type locality in the province of Yunnan,

Southwestern China.

Etymology. The species is named after the local Lisu people in Nujiang Lisu Autonomous

Prefecture of the Yunnan Province.
