Description. Male ( Fig. 2 View Figures 1–4 ). Flagellum covered with speckled dark brown and straw scales. Head and thorax orangish brown. Abdomen dark brown. Forewing. Forewing length: 21 mm. Narrow, semilanceolate with pointed apex and smooth outer margin. Ground color orangish brown; veins brown. Costal area brown, gets lighter towards apex. External field brown. Antemedial line even brown, discal dot brown, postmedial line split into short brown strokes between veins. Fringe orangish brown. Hindwing. Somewhat oval with oblong anal angle and nearly smooth outer margin. Medial area orangish brown, anal area dark brown, marginal area brown; veins brown. Postmedial line wavy dark brown, discal dot brown. Genitalia ( Fig. 7 View Figures 5–9 ). Tegumen a narrow band, dorsolaterally bears a pair of socii. Socii somewhat triangle with pointed apex, covered with setae. Cucullus bifurcated, both extensions narrow c-shaped almost equal in length; dorsal one with pointed apex, another with blunt apex. Sacculus compact, semioval, loosely covered with setae. Vinculum a ventromedially bears saccus. Saccus bilobed, each lobe elongated, thick, has rounded apex. Juxta bifurcated, basally fused with aedeagus. Lobes of juxta very long, c-shaped, apically pointed. Aedeagus c-shaped with wide apical opening. Vesica cone-like. Eight sternite somewhat trapezoid, distal margin dentated with larger dents on distolateral corners, basolaterally has pair of elongated apodemes. Female unknown.

Diagnosis. Adult male of O. siniaevi sp. n. has dark brown anal field of hindwing and abdomen, nearly smooth outer margin of hindwing ( Fig. 2 View Figures 1–4 ), almost equal in size extensions of cucullus, shorter lobes of saccus, smaller lateral dents and shorter apodemes of eight sternite ( Fig. 7 View Figures 5–9 ); whereas adult males of O. heza have orangish straw anal field of hindwing and abdomen, wavy outer margin of hindwing ( Fig. 1 View Figures 1–4 ), shorter dorsal extension of cucullus, longer lobes of saccus, larger lateral dents and longer apodemes of eight sternite ( Figs 5–6 View Figures 5–9 ).

Distribution. Northwest Congolian lowland forests in Congo.

Etymology. The species is named in honor of Viktor Siniaev, a well-known insect collector.
