Distribution in Turkey: Ankara, Ardahan, Artvin, Erzurum, Gümüşhane, İzmir, Konya (Sahlberg 1912-1913; Kocatepe & Mergen 2004; Kesdek & Yıldırım 2007b). This species is very widespread in Turkey.
Distribution in the World: South-West Asia, Europe, Caucasia, Moldova, Russia, Siberia ( Guéorguiev & Guéorguiev 1995; Kryzhanovskij et al. 1995; Neculiseanu & Matalin 2000).
