Type:— Vietnam, Phu Yen province, Dong Hoa district, Hoa Tam commune, N 12°53’55.6” E 109°23’55.7”, 600 m elevation, 28 August 2017, T.T.A. Le, T.A. Thi, X.L. Hoang, N.D. Bui T.B. Tran 2808201701 (holotype HN; isotype HNPM)

Distribution and ecology:— Jasminanthes tuyetanhiae is endemic to Vietnam, Da Bia mountain, where it grows on a rock outcrop near the sea. It was collected in flower in August ( Tran et al. 2018).

Conservation status:— Data Deficient (DD, IUCN 2012, Tran et al. 2018).
