Range: —Northern Peru to Bolivia (CO, LP, SC).

Ecology: —Uncommon; terrestrial in moist grasslands, often among rocks; 2000–4000 m.

Notes: —Pinnae adaxially with very long hairs enveloping adjacent pinnae; pinnae abaxially only sparsely hairy.
