Lectotype. Romania. Bukarest: 1♀ (no date or collector available on the label), on slide ( NHMD 212822 ). Current status: Valid name.

Original combination: Paraentomon carpaticum . Transferred to Ionescuellum by Tuxen (1960a).

Additional notes: Lectotype designated by Tuxen (1961b).
