Type locality: Carin Chebà ( Myanmar) .

Material examined: 2♂ China: Yunnan Province, Baoshan City, Bai’Hua’Ling Village ( Ħĭĸ), N 25.3042° E 98.8004°, 1575m, 6–7.X.2024, Chao Wu leg. ( IZCAS) GoogleMaps .

Redescription. Habitus typical for the genus Holochlora , body medium-sized. Entirely green, tympanum on the fore tibia black ( Fig. 4D, E View FIGURE 4 ), with small black spots on the hind leg knees. The tegmina are scattered with sporadic small black dots, and with a small black spot at the base of the R-vein ( Fig. 4H View FIGURE 4 ). The tenth abdominal tergite of the male is divided into two bulbous lobes, and each lobe has a spine on its ventral surface that is closely attached to the lobe and points towards the base of the tenth abdominal tergite ( Fig. 4A–C View FIGURE 4 ). Cercus of male hairy, short, with sharp spine at the tip, strongly curved inward; Subgenital plate elongate, broad basally and slightly narrowing gradually towards the end, styli conical, short. Ingrisch (1990 [1989]) initially reported this species as being distributed in northern Thailand, whereas Liu et al. (2008) and Kang et al. (2014) subsequently documented its occurrence in southern Yunnan, China. Although we have not examined the type specimens or those from the type locality of this species, the individuals collected from the Gaoligong Mountain region correspond well with the supplementary descriptions provided by Ingrisch (1990 [1989]), Liu et al. (2008), and Kang et al. (2014), including the measurement data of the specimens. This constitutes the first confirmed record of this species in the Gaoligong Mountain area.
