Diagnostic characters. Rostrum very elongated, much longer than 2x the head length, longer than palpus, longer than antenna; antenna approximately half the length of rostrum, palpus approximately 0.2 the length of the rostrum; the last palpal segment not very elongated, distinctly shorter than the preceding taken together; vein r-m rather long, well expressed, cross-vein m-cu in 1/2 of d-cell base, far distad of Mb.
