Trogaspidia (Aureotilla) madegassa (!) var. hebraea (BISCHOFF) : OLSOUFIEFF 1938: 187 (key, tax., descr. ♀, Madagascar), 211 (cat. ♀, Madagascar).
D i s t r i b u t i o n: Madagascar: Prov. Antsiranana: Sakaramy.
The females of A. hebraea differ from A. madecassa by the presence of a genal carina and having golden setae on terga IV and V. They also differ in the shape of the pygidial area. These are characters regarded as of species-level significance in related genera.
